While we strive to provide the highest quality of workmanship, Asia Tech Roofing shall not be held liable for any pre-existing structural defects, damages caused by severe weather conditions (Acts of God), or issues arising from third-party modifications to our completed work. Our maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the total cost of the services provided.
