When using our online contact form to submit an enquiry or request a free physical site inspection:

• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete contact details (name, phone number, email address, property type, and description of query).
• Consent to Contact: Submitting a contact form grants Asia Tech Roofing express authorization to reach out via phone call, SMS, WhatsApp (+65 9054 5431 / +65 9892 7202), or email regarding your enquiry.
• No Binding Contract: Form submission constitutes a request for inspection/quotation only and does not establish a binding service contract until a formal quotation is reviewed and approved by the client.
• Data Handling: All contact form data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Singapore's PDPA regulations.

3. On-Site Inspection & Service Engagement

All preliminary estimates provided via email or messaging are non-binding and subject to an on-site physical inspection by our certified roofing technicians. Formal work commences only upon written or signed acceptance of our official project quotation and scope of work.

4. Liability Disclaimer

While Asia Tech Roofing adheres to standard BCA and MOM safety protocols, we are not liable for pre-existing structural decay, severe weather damage (Acts of God), or unauthorized third-party structural alterations performed on completed works. Warranties apply as specified in accepted service agreements.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, media assets, and text are the exclusive intellectual property of Asia Tech Roofing. Reproduction or distribution without explicit permission is prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
